Walking
If you are in the central part of Downtown Tulsa, start by heading south towards E 5th St. Walk on S Boston Ave and continue straight until you reach E 5th St. Turn left on E 5th St and walk until you reach S Boulder Ave. Turn right on S Boulder Ave, and you will find Petroleum Building at 420 S Boulder Ave, on your left. This is a pleasant walk of about 10-15 minutes depending on your starting point.
Public Transportation (Tulsa Transit)
You can take the Tulsa Transit bus to get closer to Petroleum Building. Check the nearest bus stop for Route 201 (Peoria) or Route 202 (Sheridan). Board the bus heading towards downtown and get off at the stop closest to S Boulder Ave. From there, it's a short walk south on S Boulder Ave to reach 420 S Boulder Ave. Make sure to check the bus schedule for any fares, typically around $1.50 for a single ride.
