Turn right (west) on West 11th Street, which will take you directly towards the Arkansas River. After crossing the river, you will find Cyrus Avery Centennial Plaza on your left at Southwest Blvd.

From Tulsa's downtown, catch the Tulsa Transit bus Route 11 at the nearest bus stop. Ride the bus heading westbound and disembark at the stop near West 11th Street and South Elgin Avenue. After getting off the bus, walk west on West 11th Street. Keep walking straight until you reach the Arkansas River; the Cyrus Avery Centennial Plaza will be located to your left at Southwest Blvd.
