If you're traveling by car, start from the central area of Jebel Akhdar. Head south on the main road towards Rustaq. After approximately 30 kilometers, you will reach a junction. Turn left at the junction towards Al Kasfah. Continue on this road for about 10 kilometers. Follow the signs towards Al Kasfah Hot Spring. The hot spring will be on your left-hand side. There are no specific parking fees, but ensure to check for any designated parking areas nearby.
