From your accommodation in Jebel Akhdar, head towards the main road (Route 15). Follow signs for Al Hamra and continue for approximately 30 km. You will arrive at a junction; turn left onto Route 43 towards Wadi Ghul. Drive for about 20 km until you reach the entrance of Wadi Ghul. There are no entry fees to access the Wadi. Ensure your vehicle is suitable for mountainous terrain.

Public transportation options are limited in the Jebel Akhdar region. However, you can take a taxi from your location in Jebel Akhdar directly to Wadi Ghul. It is recommended to negotiate the fare beforehand; expect to pay around 20 to 30 OMR for a round trip. The taxi will take you through the scenic routes, and you can enjoy the breathtaking views along the way.
