Walking
If you are in the center of Nizwa, start at the Nizwa Fort, which is a popular landmark. From the fort, head east towards the main road, Al-Batinah Street (also known as Oman Street). Once you reach Al-Batinah Street, turn left and walk along the sidewalk. Continue walking for about 1 kilometer, and you will see signs directing you to سوق الأغنام (Souq Al Ghanam) on your right. The souq is located in a vibrant area, and you'll likely hear the sounds of the market as you approach.
Public Transportation
From the Nizwa Grand Mall, which is a well-known location in the city, find the nearest bus stop. Look for local buses that head towards the old town or the souq. The fare is very affordable, usually around 0.5 Omani Rial. Inform the driver that you want to go to سوق الأغنام. The bus ride should take about 15 minutes. Once you get off, follow the signs to the souq, which is a short walk from the bus stop.
