From Nizwa, head to the main bus station located near the Nizwa Fort. Look for buses heading towards the town of Al Hamra. Ensure to ask the driver if they stop at Wadi Qurai. The journey takes about 30-40 minutes. Once you reach Al Hamra, you will need to find a local taxi to take you the remaining distance to Wadi Qurai. The taxi ride should take approximately 10-15 minutes.

Shared Taxi (Mikrolet)
From Nizwa, go to the main taxi stand near the Nizwa Fort. Look for a shared taxi (known locally as Mikrolet) that is heading towards Al Hamra. Shared taxis usually leave once they are full, so be prepared for a short wait. The fare is usually affordable, and the ride to Al Hamra will take around 30 minutes. Upon reaching Al Hamra, ask the driver to drop you off at Wadi Qurai or hire a local taxi for the final stretch.

If you enjoy hiking and have the stamina, you can walk from Nizwa to Wadi Qurai. Start at the Nizwa Fort and head towards the Al Hamra road. The walk will take approximately 2-3 hours depending on your pace. Make sure to carry plenty of water and wear appropriate footwear, as the terrain can be challenging. Follow the road signs leading to Al Hamra and look for any local landmarks that indicate you're getting closer to Wadi Qurai.
