Car
If you're traveling by car, start your journey from Ras Al Jinz by heading southeast on the main road. Continue on this road for approximately 5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Al Hadd Road. Turn left onto Al Hadd Road and follow it for about 10 kilometers. Keep an eye out for signs directing you to Turtle Beach شاطئ السلاحف. The beach is located at CRGP+WV, Al Hadd, which is clearly marked. There is no entry fee for accessing the beach, but ensure your vehicle is parked in designated areas.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take a local bus or shared taxi from Ras Al Jinz to Al Hadd village. Buses run approximately every hour, and the fare is around 1 Omani Rial. Once you arrive in Al Hadd, you will need to catch a taxi to Turtle Beach as it's not within walking distance. A taxi ride from Al Hadd to Turtle Beach will cost about 2 to 3 Omani Rials. Make sure to confirm the fare before embarking on your taxi ride.
Walking (from Al Hadd)
If you prefer to walk from Al Hadd to Turtle Beach, it's roughly a 3-kilometer trek. Head southeast on the main road from the village, following the signs toward the beach. The route is straightforward, but carry plenty of water, as it can be quite hot. The walk should take about 30 to 40 minutes.
