Car
To reach Al Hadd Castle from Ras Al Jinz, start by heading northwest on Route 23. Follow the signs for Sur and continue for approximately 25 kilometers. After about 15 minutes, you will reach the junction where Route 23 intersects with Route 32. Turn left onto Route 32 and continue for another 5 kilometers. You will see signs for Al Hadd. As you approach Al Hadd, keep an eye out for the castle, which is located a short distance from the main road. There is no entrance fee for visiting the castle.
Public Transportation
If you prefer to travel by public transport, you can take a local bus from Ras Al Jinz to the city of Sur. Buses typically depart throughout the day from the main bus stop in Ras Al Jinz. The fare is usually around 2 Omani Rials. Once in Sur, you will need to take a taxi to Al Hadd, which will cost approximately 5 Omani Rials. Make sure to inform the taxi driver of your destination, Al Hadd Castle, which is well-known in the area.

If you wish to take a taxi directly from Ras Al Jinz to Al Hadd Castle, you can easily arrange this through your hotel or a local taxi service. The journey will take about 30 minutes and cost around 10 Omani Rials. Ensure to confirm the price before starting your journey.
