Breathtaking Views at Overlook Spot in Birkat Al Mouz

Getting There

• Walking

  Start your journey from the Rustaq Fort. From the fort, head east along the main road (Route 23). Walk for about 20 minutes until you reach the junction with Route 15. Continue straight onto Route 15 towards Birkat Al Mouz. After approximately 1.5 kilometers, keep an eye out for local signs indicating the Overlook spot. You will see a small path leading off Route 15 on your right, which is marked by a stone signpost. Follow this path uphill for about 10-15 minutes until you reach the Overlook spot.

• Walking

  If you are starting from the Rustaq Souq, walk towards the main road (Route 23). Turn left and follow Route 23 for about 1 kilometer. You will pass by several small shops and cafes. When you reach the intersection with Route 15, turn right and continue for about 2 kilometers. Look for the path on your left leading to the Overlook spot, marked by a small sign. Follow the path uphill for around 10 minutes to reach your destination.

• Walking

  From the Rustaq Market, head south towards the main road (Route 23). Walk straight for about 800 meters until you reach a roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Route 15. Continue on Route 15 for about 1.5 kilometers. Watch for a sign on your left indicating the direction to the Overlook spot. Follow the trail for approximately 15 minutes uphill until you arrive at the viewpoint.
