Getting There

  • Car

    To reach Bimmah Sinkhole from Wadi Shab by car, start by heading northeast on the road leading out of the Wadi Shab area. Continue on this road until you reach the junction with Route 17. Turn left onto Route 17 towards Dibab. Follow Route 17 for approximately 25 kilometers. Look for signs indicating Bimmah Sinkhole; the attraction is located just off the main road. You will see the entrance sign, which leads you to a parking area near the sinkhole. Note that there is no entry fee for the sinkhole.

  • Public Transportation

    If you are traveling by public transportation from Wadi Shab, you will need to take a local bus or shared taxi to the nearest town, Qurayyat. Look for a bus heading towards Qurayyat at the nearest bus stop. Once in Qurayyat, you can find a shared taxi or minibus heading towards Dibab. Inform the driver you want to go to Bimmah Sinkhole. The fare should be relatively inexpensive, usually around 1-2 OMR. The driver will drop you off at the entrance of Bimmah Sinkhole, where you can enjoy the site for free.
