Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from downtown Bend, head east on Newport Avenue until you reach the intersection with NE 3rd Street. Turn left onto NE 3rd Street and continue north until you reach NE Revere Avenue. Turn right on NE Revere Avenue and follow it as it curves into NE 2nd Street. Continue on NE 2nd Street until you reach NE Highway 20. Pilot Butte State Park will be directly ahead on the other side of the highway.

    From downtown Bend, you can rent a bike at one of the local bike rental shops. Start by cycling east on Newport Avenue to NE 3rd Street. Take a left onto NE 3rd Street and head north. When you reach NE Revere Avenue, turn right and then another right onto NE 2nd Street. Follow NE 2nd Street until you reach NE Highway 20. Pilot Butte State Park will be right across the highway.
