From Lebanon, take OR-34 E until you reach the junction for OR-22 N. Merge onto OR-22 N and continue for about 19 miles. Take exit 13 for OR-226 toward Stayton/Scio. Continue on OR-226 for 8 miles, then turn right onto N Fork Rd. Follow N Fork Rd for about 4 miles until you reach the entrance of Opal Creek Wilderness at 22985 N Fork Rd, Lyons, OR 97358.
