From Portland, take I-84 E towards The Dalles for approximately 60 miles. Take exit 87 for Mosier. After exiting, turn right onto the Historic Columbia River Highway (Hwy 30). Continue on this road for about 2 miles, and you will arrive at Rowena Crest Viewpoint, located at 6500 Historic Columbia River Hwy, Mosier, OR 97040. There is no fee for entry, making it a great spot for a scenic view without any costs.
