From anywhere in Columbia River Gorge, head towards Highway 30 or I-84, depending on your current location. If you're on I-84 East, take Exit 64 towards Hood River. After exiting, merge onto US-30 West. Follow the signs for Hood River which will lead you to the town. Once you reach Hood River, continue straight onto Westcliff Drive. Ruthton County Park is located on your right at Westcliff Drive, Hood River, OR 97031. There is free parking available at the park.
