Once on the Historic Highway, turn right onto Upper Elowah Falls Trail. The trailhead for Upper McCord Creek Falls is located at the end of the road, where parking is available. Please note that there may be a small parking fee in the area, usually around $5.

    From Portland, you can take the Columbia Gorge Express bus service that operates between Portland and the Columbia River Gorge. Get off at the Cascade Locks stop.
