From Prineville, take US-26 W toward Bend. Continue on US-26 W for approximately 20 miles until you reach the junction with OR-97 S. Merge onto OR-97 S and continue for about 15 miles. Take exit 138 for NE 27th St toward Bend. Continue on NE 27th St, which will lead you into the city of Bend. As you approach Bend, stay on NE 27th St, which will turn into NE Revere Ave. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with NE 15th St. Turn right onto NE 15th St and follow it to the intersection with NE Greenwood Ave. Turn left onto NE Greenwood Ave, and follow it until you reach the entrance to Pilot Butte State Scenic Viewpoint on your right.
