From Roseburg, OR, take OR-138 E for about 32 miles. Continue on OR-138 E until you reach the junction with NF-3401. Turn left onto NF-3401 and follow it for approximately 6 miles. The road will lead you to Umpqua Hot Springs, which will be on your right. Ensure your vehicle is suitable for gravel roads as the last part of the journey is unpaved.

Take a Greyhound or other intercity bus to Roseburg, OR. From there, you will need to arrange a rideshare or taxi to get to the junction of OR-138 E and NF-3401. Once you arrive at NF-3401, you will have to walk about 1.5 miles along the dirt road to reach Umpqua Hot Springs. Be prepared for a moderate hike, and ensure you're wearing suitable footwear.
