If you're driving from Hood River, start on Interstate 84 E. Take exit 64 for US-30 E toward The Dalles. Merge onto US-30 E and continue for approximately 6 miles. Then, take a left onto Eastside Rd and follow it for about 2 miles. Panorama Point County Park will be on your right, marked by a small parking area. Note that there is no parking fee at the park.

Currently, there is no direct public transportation to Panorama Point County Park. However, you can take the Columbia Area Transit (CAT) bus from Hood River to the nearest stops on US-30 E. From there, you would need to arrange for a taxi or rideshare service to cover the remaining distance of about 2 miles to the park. Check the CAT schedule for the latest routes and timings, as services may vary.

For the adventurous, biking to Panorama Point County Park is a great option. Starting from Hood River, you can ride along the scenic Waterfront Trail, then follow the path to Eastside Rd.
