Walking
Start at downtown Hood River. Head east on Oak Street towards the intersection with 1st Street. Continue straight on Oak Street, which will become Cascade Avenue. Follow Cascade Avenue until you reach the intersection with 12th Street. Turn left onto 12th Street and walk until you reach the intersection with State Highway 35. At this point, you can take a bus or a rideshare service to reach Mt. Hood, where the Hutson Museum is located.

From downtown Hood River, rent a bike from a local bike shop. Head east on Oak Street and continue onto Cascade Avenue. When you reach 12th Street, turn left and continue until you hit State Highway 35. Follow the bike path along Highway 35, which leads you towards Mt. Hood. The Hutson Museum is located at 4967 Baseline Drive, Mt. Hood. Make sure to follow all bike safety rules and signals.
