    Start from the downtown area of Hood River, where you can find many shops and restaurants. Head west on Oak Street until you reach 12th Street. Turn left onto 12th Street and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Westcliff Drive. Turn right onto Westcliff Drive. Continue along Westcliff Drive for about 1 mile. You will see signs for Ruthton County Park on your left. The entrance to the park will be just off Westcliff Drive.
