If you're starting in downtown Hood River, head east on Oak Street towards the waterfront. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with 1st Street. Turn left onto 1st Street and walk up to the intersection with Cascade Avenue (Hwy 30). Cross Cascade Avenue and continue straight onto Dee Highway (Hwy 281). Follow Dee Highway for approximately 1.5 miles. Tucker Park will be on your left at 2440 Dee Hwy. Look for the park entrance and follow the signs to access the park.

From downtown Hood River, you can rent a bike at one of the local shops. Start by heading east on Oak Street, then turn left onto 1st Street. Continue to Cascade Avenue (Hwy 30) and turn left. Follow Cascade Avenue until you reach Dee Highway (Hwy 281). Turn right onto Dee Highway and bike for about 1.5 miles. Tucker Park will be on your left at 2440 Dee Hwy. Use the bike path where available for a safer ride.
