Car
If you are traveling by car, start from the town of Jefferson, Oregon. Head east on US-36 E towards OR-5 N. Merge onto OR-5 N and continue for approximately 12 miles. Take the exit toward Culver and merge onto Culver Hwy. In about 6 miles, turn left onto SW Jordan Rd. The Petroglyph Site will be located on your right at 7300 SW Jordan Rd, Culver, OR 97734. There is no entry fee to visit the site.
Public Transportation
Using public transportation, first, take the Cascade East Transit bus from Jefferson to Bend. From Bend, transfer to the bus route heading towards Culver. Once you arrive in Culver, you will need to call for a taxi or rideshare service, as public transport does not go directly to the Petroglyph Site. Ensure to check the bus schedules in advance, as services may be limited, especially on weekends.
Bicycle
For those who prefer cycling, start in Jefferson and follow the same route as cars. Use the biking lane on US-36 E to OR-5 N. Once you reach Culver, take SW Jordan Rd. The distance is approximately 18 miles from Jefferson to the Petroglyph Site. Ensure to wear a helmet and follow all traffic rules. There are no fees for accessing the site.
