If you're driving from Klamath Falls, take US-97 N towards Bend. Continue on US-97 N for about 35 miles. Take the exit for OR-31 S towards La Pine. Follow OR-31 S for approximately 45 miles until you reach the junction with OR-20 W. Turn left onto OR-20 W and continue for about 25 miles. When you reach Fort Rock, look for signs directing you to Derrick Cave. The entrance is located just off of Fort Rock Road, which will lead you directly to the cave entrance.
