Walking
Start at the Klamath Falls Downtown area, specifically from the corner of Main St and 6th St. Head north on 6th St towards the Klamath County Courthouse. Continue straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Esplanade Ave. Turn left onto Esplanade Ave. Follow Esplanade Ave as it curves left and becomes E. Lakeview Dr. Continue on E. Lakeview Dr for approximately 1 mile until you reach the intersection with US-97. Cross US-97 and continue walking on the path along the east side of the highway. You will have to navigate through the pedestrian path towards Hagelstein County Park, which is about 2 miles further along the highway. Look for signs indicating the park entrance on your right.

Begin at the Klamath Falls Bike Path, which is easily accessible from the downtown area. Follow the bike path heading south towards the Klamath River. Continue along the river until you reach the intersection with US-97. Turn left and ride along the bike lane on the shoulder of the highway. Hagelstein County Park will be on your right after approximately 2 miles. Please be cautious of traffic while biking along the highway.
