Car
From Lakeview, Oregon, head southeast on US-395 S for approximately 50 miles. Turn left onto OR-140 E and continue for about 20 miles. Then, turn right onto OR-205 S. After roughly 30 miles, turn left onto E Steens Rd. Alvord Hot Springs Bath House & Campground will be about 10 miles down this road on your right at 36095 E Steens Rd, Princeton, OR 97721. Note that the gravel road leading to the springs may require a $10 access fee.

Public Transportation and Car
Take a public bus from Lakeview to Burns, Oregon. Upon arrival at Burns, you will need to arrange for a car rental or taxi service to reach Alvord Hot Springs. From Burns, take US-20 W for about 50 miles, then turn onto OR-205 S. Follow the same directions as above from OR-205 S to reach Alvord Hot Springs Bath House & Campground.

Car from Bend
If you are traveling from Bend, head south on US-97 S. After about 30 miles, take the exit to OR-31 S towards La Pine. Follow OR-31 S for approximately 45 miles, then turn left onto OR-20 E. After about 25 miles, turn right onto OR-205 S. Continue on OR-205 S until you reach E Steens Rd, then turn left. Alvord Hot Springs Bath House & Campground will be about 10 miles down this road on your right.
