From any location in Lake County, head west on US-20 W towards Bend. Continue on US-20 W until you reach the junction with OR-126 W. Take OR-126 W towards Portland. Merge onto US-26 W, which will lead you directly towards Government Camp. As you approach Government Camp, take the exit for Timberline Lodge (about 5 miles past the junction with OR-35). Follow E Timberline Road directly to the lodge, which is located at 27500 E Timberline Road, Government Camp, OR 97028.
