    Getting There

    Car

    To reach Little Zigzag Falls by car, start by getting onto US-26 E from any location in Mt. Hood Territory. Drive on US-26 E for approximately 14 miles until you see the signs for Zigzag. Take the exit towards Zigzag, and merge onto E. Ziggly Road. Continue on E. Ziggly Road for about 1.5 miles until you reach the parking area for Little Zigzag Falls. Note that there's no entrance fee to access the falls, but parking can be limited during peak times.

    Public Transportation

    If you are using public transportation, take the Mt. Hood Express bus from Government Camp or Timberline Lodge towards Sandy. You will need to get off at the Zigzag stop. From there, it’s about a 1.5-mile walk to the falls along E. Ziggly Road. Make sure to check the Mt. Hood Express schedule for the latest times and ensure you have a valid bus pass, which costs approximately $2 each way.

    Hiking

    For those who are already nearby and wish to hike, the trail to Little Zigzag Falls begins near the parking area. It is a short and easy hike, approximately 0.5 miles round trip.
