Car
If you're driving from downtown Portland, take I-84 East towards The Dalles. After about 15 miles, take exit 16 for NE 238th Dr toward Gresham. Merge onto NE 238th Dr, and continue straight until you reach the intersection with SE Oxbow Pkwy. Turn right onto SE Oxbow Pkwy, and Oxbow Regional Park will be on your left after about 3 miles. Note that there is an entrance fee of $5 per vehicle.

Public Transportation
To reach Oxbow Regional Park via public transportation, take the MAX Light Rail Blue Line from downtown Portland towards Hillsboro. Get off at the Gresham City Hall Transit Center. From there, transfer to TriMet Bus Line 20 (Burnside/Stark) and head east. After about 20 minutes, get off at the stop for SE 238th Dr & Burnside St. From there, you will need to walk approximately 1.5 miles down SE 238th Dr until you reach SE Oxbow Pkwy. Turn left onto SE Oxbow Pkwy, and the park entrance will be ahead. Be sure to check TriMet's website for up-to-date fare information and schedules.
