    If you're driving from downtown Portland, take I-84 East towards The Dalles. After about 15 miles, take exit 16 for NE 238th Dr toward Gresham. Merge onto NE 238th Dr, and continue straight until you reach the intersection with SE Oxbow Pkwy. Turn right onto SE Oxbow Pkwy, and Oxbow Regional Park will be on your left after about 3 miles. Note that there is an entrance fee of $5 per vehicle.
