Car
From Smith Rock State Park, start by heading southeast on Crooked River Dr toward Smith Rock Way. Continue on Crooked River Dr for about 3 miles. Turn left onto US-97 N and continue for approximately 5 miles. Take the exit toward OR-126 E/Redmond. Merge onto OR-126 E and drive for about 4 miles. The Cline Falls State Scenic Viewpoint will be on your right at 7100 OR-126, Redmond, OR 97756. There is no parking fee at the viewpoint.
Public Transportation
If you are using public transportation, take the Central Oregon Breeze bus from Smith Rock State Park to Redmond. You will need to check the schedule for the latest departure times.
