From the main parking area in Smith Rock State Park, head north on Smith Rock Way. Continue on Smith Rock Way until you reach the intersection with Highway 97. Turn left (north) onto Highway 97 and continue for approximately 12 miles. Take exit 119 towards Terrebonne and merge onto O’Neil Highway. Follow this road until you reach NW 93rd Ln. Turn left onto NW 93rd Ln, and you will find Eagle Rock at 8825 NW 93rd Ln, Terrebonne, OR 97760.
