Car
From Smith Rock State Park, exit the park and head south on NE Crooked River Hwy (also known as Highway 97) for about 3 miles. Continue straight onto US-97 N and keep driving for approximately 5 miles. Maragas Winery will be on your right at 15523 US-97, Culver, OR 97734. Look for the winery sign to enter the property. There is no entry fee for the winery, but tasting fees may apply.
Public Transportation
Currently, there are limited public transportation options directly from Smith Rock State Park to Maragas Winery. The nearest bus service is from Redmond, OR. You can take a bus from Redmond to Culver, which is the closest town to Maragas Winery. Once you arrive in Culver, you will need to take a taxi or rideshare service to reach the winery, which is about 7 miles away. Be sure to check the bus schedule in advance as service may be infrequent. Expect to pay for the bus fare and taxi/rideshare fees.
