Start at the center of The Dalles, near the Courthouse at 315 Court St. Head east on Court St, then take a left onto East 2nd St. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Washington St. Turn right onto Washington St and continue straight. After about half a mile, you will see the entrance to Seufert Park on your left. The park offers beautiful views and is a great spot to relax by the Columbia River.

If you have access to a bike, start from the downtown area, specifically at the Columbia Gorge Discovery Center located at 5000 Discovery Dr. Head east on Discovery Dr, which turns into East 2nd St. Follow this road until you reach the intersection with Washington St, then turn right.
