Start at the Hood River Transit Center, located at 601 Oak St, Hood River, OR. Take the Columbia Area Transit bus route 1 towards 'Odell'. The bus will take you along the scenic Highway 35. You need to get off at the stop near the intersection of Highway 35 and Post Canyon Rd. From there, you will have approximately a 1-mile walk to Wy'East Vineyards. Head northeast on Post Canyon Rd, then turn left onto Highway 35. Continue for about 0.5 miles until you see Wy'East Vineyards on your right at 3189 OR-35.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local bike shops in Hood River, such as Hood River Bicycles. Start at 1st Street and head east towards the waterfront. Follow the bike path along the Columbia River until you reach the intersection with Highway 35. Turn left onto Highway 35 and continue for about 5 miles. Wy'East Vineyards will be on your left at 3189 OR-35. Please be cautious as this is a highway with vehicular traffic.
