If you are driving from The Dalles, head west on I-84 for approximately 15 miles. Take exit 87 towards Mosier and merge onto Historic Columbia River Hwy. Follow the highway for about 5 miles until you reach Rowena Crest Viewpoint on your right, just past the town of Mosier. The viewpoint is located at 6500 Historic Columbia River Hwy, Mosier, OR 97040. There is no parking fee.
Public Transportation
From The Dalles, you can take the Columbia Area Transit (CAT) bus service, which may require a transfer. Check the schedule for buses heading to Mosier. Once you arrive in Mosier, you will need to walk approximately 1 mile along the Historic Columbia River Hwy towards Rowena Crest Viewpoint.
