From any point in Wasco County, head towards I-84 East. The most common route would be to take US-197 N towards The Dalles, then merge onto I-84 E. Continue on I-84 E for approximately 30 miles. Take exit 44 for Cascade Locks, and turn left onto Cascade Locks Highway. Follow the signs to Columbia River Highway (Historic Columbia River Highway). Starvation Creek Falls will be on your right after approximately 2 miles. Keep an eye out for the parking area.
