If you're traveling by car, start on US-26 W from any location in Washington County. Depending on your starting point, merge onto US-26 W towards Portland. Continue for approximately 30 miles until you reach OR-217 S. Merge onto OR-217 S and continue for about 9 miles until it becomes I-5 S. Take I-5 S towards Salem and follow it for about 60 miles. Then, take exit 88 for US-395 S towards Lakeview. Continue on US-395 S for about 90 miles until you reach the address at 18088 US-395, Lakeview, OR 97630. Keep an eye out for signage as Old Perpetual is located just off the highway.
