Car
If you are driving from Skardu, take the Skardu-Kachura road. Follow the signs towards Kachura Lake, and after about 30 minutes, you will reach a junction. Take a left at the junction towards the Skardu city center. Continue straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the main square of Skardu. From there, follow the road signs directing you towards Manthal Tower. The tower is located about 15 minutes away from the city center. The exact coordinates are approximately 35.2696° N, 75.6301° E. There is no parking fee, but be cautious of local traffic regulations.

Public Transportation
To reach Manthal Tower using public transportation, start from the Skardu bus terminal. Take a local minibus or shared taxi heading towards Kachura. The fare is usually around PKR 100 to PKR 200 per person. Inform the driver that you want to get off at Manthal Tower. The journey will take about 30-45 minutes. Once you reach the vicinity of the tower, you may have to walk a short distance (approximately 10 minutes) to reach the entrance. Ensure to confirm the drop-off point with the driver as stops can be flexible.

If you are already in the Skardu city center, you can also walk to Manthal Tower. Head towards the Skardu fort and take the road that leads south towards the Kachura area. Follow the path for about 2 kilometers, which should take roughly 30-40 minutes on foot. The tower will be visible from a distance, and you can ask locals for guidance if needed.
