Getting there

Walking

From the center of Chitral town, head towards the north on the main road. You will pass by the Chitral Fort on your left. Continue walking until you reach the junction where the road splits. Take the right fork, which is the road leading towards the Kalash Valleys.

Follow this road for approximately 3 kilometers. You will pass through several small villages and see beautiful landscapes. Keep an eye out for signs that indicate the way to the Kalash Valleys.

After 3 kilometers, you will arrive at a bus stop where local transport is available. Here, you can catch a local jeep or a shared van heading towards Bamboret. Make sure to ask the driver to drop you off at Bamboret.

The jeep ride from the bus stop to Bamboret takes about 30-45 minutes, depending on road conditions. Enjoy the scenic views of the mountains and valleys during your ride. The driver will drop you off at the main entrance of Bamboret.

Walking

Once you arrive in Bamboret, you can explore the area on foot. The local village is known for its unique culture and beautiful landscapes. Make sure to visit the nearby attractions and interact with the friendly locals.
