After around 30 km, you will pass through the town of Chakdara. Continue on the N-45 for about 10 km until you reach the fort, which will be on your right.     From Mingora, you can take a bus or a minibus heading towards Lower Dir. Buses depart frequently from the Mingora bus station. The fare is typically around PKR 200-300.
