Car
If you're traveling by car, start from Gilgit city. Head north on the Karakoram Highway (N-35) towards Hunza Valley. Continue for about 100 km until you reach Karimabad. From Karimabad, take the road leading to Gojal. Follow the signs towards Passu and then to Batura Track. After approximately 30 km, you'll reach Past Gharben, located at coordinates 36.495492, 74.808639.

Public Transportation
For public transportation, take a bus or a shared van from Gilgit to Karimabad. The journey takes about 2-3 hours and costs around PKR 300-500. Upon reaching Karimabad, you can find local transport (jeeps or vans) heading towards Gojal. The fare for this leg of the journey is about PKR 400-600. The driver can drop you off at the turn for Batura Track, from where you can either walk or arrange for a local guide to take you the remaining distance to Past Gharben.
