Once at the bus station, look for a bus heading to Karimabad, which is the main town in Hunza. The journey takes about 2 to 3 hours. Upon reaching Karimabad, disembark at the main bus stop. From here, you'll need to find a local jeep or a shared taxi heading towards Nagar Valley. This is a short ride of about 30 minutes. Ask the driver to drop you off at the base camp for Rush Lake trek. This location is usually known as 'Nagar Valley Base Camp'. After reaching the base camp, you will begin your trek to Rush Lake. The trek is approximately 6-8 hours depending on your pace and requires basic trekking gear. Follow the marked trails and enjoy the scenic views of the surrounding mountains.
