Car
If you are traveling by car from any location in Hazara, first head towards the main road leading to Abbottabad. From Abbottabad, take the N-35 (also known as the Islamabad-Peshawar Motorway) towards Islamabad. After approximately 30 kilometers, take the exit towards Islamabad. Follow the signs to reach Islamabad, and once you are within the city, navigate towards the location Q69R+MWW, which is the address of Angoori Dam. Ensure your GPS is set to guide you accurately as you approach.
Public Bus
For those using public transportation, start by taking a local bus from Hazara to Abbottabad. Buses are frequently available and the fare is usually around PKR 100-150. Once in Abbottabad, transfer to a bus heading towards Islamabad. This leg of the journey will cost approximately PKR 200-300. Upon reaching Islamabad, you can hire a taxi to take you to Q69R+MWW, which should cost around PKR 500. Make sure to confirm the taxi fare before starting your journey.
Taxi or Ride-Hailing Service
If you prefer direct transportation, consider hiring a taxi or using a ride-hailing service like Careem or Uber. Starting from any point in Hazara, the taxi can take you directly to Angoori Dam. The fare may vary based on your starting point but expect to pay around PKR 3,000-4,000 for a one-way trip. This option is more convenient if traveling with family or a group, as it saves time and effort compared to public transport.
