If you are driving, start from the main city in Hazara, follow the N-35 (Karakoram Highway) towards Gilgit. After approximately 120 kilometers, you'll reach Hunza. Once you enter Hunza, continue your journey towards Altit. Look for signs directing you to Altit Fort. The fort is located in the Altit village, just a few kilometers from Karimabad. The total driving time is around 2.5 to 3 hours, depending on traffic and road conditions. Make sure to keep your vehicle fueled as options may be limited along the way.
