Car
If you are traveling by car, start from Peshawar, the capital of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Take the N-35 (Islamabad-Peshawar Motorway) and head towards M1. Continue on M1 until you reach the interchange for N-55. Follow the signs for N-55 and merge onto it. From here, drive towards the town of Nowshera. After passing Nowshera, take the road towards Mardan. Once in Mardan, follow the signs for Takht Bhai and then continue towards the village of Kahu. The final stretch will involve navigating smaller roads leading directly to Kahu Ghar, which is located at latitude 33.8022 and longitude 70.6256. Make sure to have a GPS or a good map, as some roads may not be well-marked.

For those using public transport, take a Daewoo or Faisal Movers bus service from Peshawar to Mardan. The journey will take approximately 2 to 3 hours. Upon arriving in Mardan, you can hire a local taxi or rickshaw to take you to Kahu, which is about a 30-minute drive from Mardan. Ensure to negotiate the fare beforehand, as rates can vary. You may also find shared vans that travel to nearby villages; however, they might drop you off at a distance from Kahu Ghar, requiring a short hike.
