By Public Transportation
From Quetta, take a bus or a shared van heading towards Kohlu. Buses leave from the main bus terminal, and the fare is usually around PKR 500-800. The journey takes around 5-6 hours. Once you arrive in Kohlu, hire a local taxi or a motorcycle rickshaw to Mawand. The fare for this local transport may range from PKR 200-400. Upon reaching Mawand, ask locals for directions to Koh E Dhid. Be prepared for a short hike or rough road to access the mountain as public transport does not go directly to the site.
