Bus
From the main Islamabad city center, head to the Faizabad Interchange bus terminal. Take a bus heading towards Taxila, which is about a 30-minute ride. Once you arrive at Taxila, you can get off at the Taxila Museum stop. From the museum, Sirkap Palace is approximately a 15-minute walk. Head northeast on the main road, and you will find the entrance to Sirkap Palace on your right.
Rickshaw
If you prefer a more direct route, you can hire a rickshaw from anywhere in Islamabad to Sirkap Palace. Just tell the driver 'Sirkap Palace in Taxila'. The ride will take about 45-60 minutes, depending on traffic. Make sure to agree on a fare before starting your journey.
Metro
Take the Metro Bus Service from any of the metro stations in Islamabad. Ride the bus until you reach the Pakistan Secretariat Station. From there, you can take a rickshaw or a local bus towards Taxila. This will be a cost-effective option but may take longer due to transfers.
