Getting There

• Car

  If you are traveling by car, begin your journey in Kaghan Valley by heading south on the N-15 highway. The Natural Park is located near Balakot, approximately 30 kilometers from the valley's main road. As you drive, enjoy the scenic views of the mountains and rivers. Keep an eye out for the H926+C25 coordinates, which will guide you to the park entrance. The drive should take about 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on traffic conditions.

• Public Transportation

  For those using public transportation, take a local bus or shared van from Kaghan Valley to Balakot. These typically run frequently and can be found at main stops in the valley. Once you arrive in Balakot, you can hire a taxi or rickshaw to take you directly to the Natural Park, which is approximately 5 kilometers from the bus stop. Expect to pay around 200-300 PKR for the taxi ride. Make sure to confirm the fare before starting your journey.

• Walking

  If you are staying in Balakot, you can also walk to the Natural Park. From the center of Balakot, head northwest on the N-15 highway. The park entrance is about a 1-hour walk from the town center. Be cautious of traffic and wear comfortable shoes, as the road can be busy.
