To reach Kaghan from Mansehra using public transportation, you can take a minibus or a shared van from the Mansehra bus station. Buses and vans regularly depart for Balakot. The fare is usually around PKR 100-150. Once you reach Balakot, you can switch to a local van that goes directly to Kaghan. This part of the journey will cost you around PKR 200-300 and takes about 2-3 hours depending on stops and road conditions.
