Rickshaw
If you are starting from the city center, you can easily hail a rickshaw. Tell the driver that you want to go to 'Wagah Border Zoo'. The ride will take approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on traffic. The most common route is to take Mall Road towards the Lahore Ring Road, then follow the signs towards Wagah Border. The rickshaw will drop you off at the entrance of the zoo, which is located near the Wagah Border area.
