Car
From Lasbela, head north on the N-25 highway towards Karachi. After approximately 80 kilometers, take the exit towards the Makli Necropolis and follow signs for the Ranikot Fort. Continue on the road for about 30 kilometers until you reach the entrance of Ranikot Fort. There is a small parking area available near the entrance.

Public Transportation
From Lasbela, head to the local bus station and take a bus heading towards Hyderabad. Inform the driver you want to get off at the Ranikot Fort junction. The bus fare is usually around PKR 150-200. Once you arrive at the junction, you may need to hire a local rickshaw or taxi to cover the last 30 kilometers to the fort, which should cost around PKR 500-800.
